| For the purposes of these Guidelines, the degree to which data processed in connection with a blockchain, including transaction metadata, payload data or other on-chain data, is visible, accessible or otherwise available to blockchain participants, Nodes, users or third parties. The level of publicity may vary depending on the blockchain architecture and the measures implemented, ranging from data being publicly available to anyone, to data being available only to selected or authorised participants, or to limited information being available on-chain while the underlying data is kept off-chain or otherwise protected. | |
